The estate extends over 25 hectares, of which 10 are planted with vineyards, where the Renaissance villa with the Italian garden and 2 apartments located above the historic cellar stand.
The manor house, which dates back to the Renaissance period, overlooks the cloister and is spread over two floors. A historic Italian garden with box hedges and centuries-old plants, is the setting of the manor house.
The houses are located above the ageing cellar and overlook one of the most historic vineyards in Montalcino. The furniture was designed by the well-known interior designer Massimo Tani.
Montalcino is one of the five municipalities that make up the Parco della Val d'Orcia (Val d'Orcia Park), a UNESCO site since 2004 as an example of the redesign of the pre-Renaissance landscape, which illustrates the ideals of good governance.
